If SIMORRA considers that the data is no longer necessary for the fulfillment of the purposes set forth in this privacy notice and applicable legal provisions, it will be deleted. SIMORRA complies with the data protection principles established by law and adopts the necessary measures for its processing. The foregoing applies even when the data is processed by a third party at SIMORRA's request.
