MY ORDER
Once placed, orders cannot be modified, except for the shipping address. To make a change, please contact us by email at customercare@simorra.com-mx or via WhatsApp. or by calling ( +34) 676 021 193 , indicating your order number and the correct address.
If your order has already been shipped, we will contact the shipping company to change your address, but please note that this may delay delivery.
If you want to add, remove, or modify an item from your order, you must cancel it and/or repeat the order.
If you wish to cancel your order, you can contact us using the contact form, including your order number, your first and last name, and letting us know that you wish to cancel the order.
If you have placed your order correctly, you will receive a confirmation email within a few minutes. This message contains the order number and details of the order.
If you do not find this message, we recommend checking your promotions, spam or junk mail folder.
If you have not received it, please check with your bank to see if you have been charged for the purchase. If so, please send your query via the contact form and we will respond as soon as possible to clarify what happened.
Once the order has left our warehouse, you will receive an email in which we will indicate the tracking number of your shipment.
If the delivery address is in Spain (mainland), your order will be delivered within 24 hours . If, on the other hand, you are located in a different country, shipping may take between 48h-72h.
If you have a customer account , you can track the status of your order at any time, as well as follow up with the shipping company. If you do not have an account, click on "ACCOUNT" located at the top right of the page and then on "Create account".
SHIPPING
Orders have two delivery times: standard shipping (5-6 business days) or express shipping (1-3 business days ) from the moment you receive the shipping confirmation email.
*Please note that deliveries may be delayed during promotional or sales periods, so we appreciate your patience.
We currently only offer home delivery service. You have two shipping options: standard shipping with a delivery time of 5-6 business days or express shipping with a delivery time of 1-3 business days.
We have two types of shipping:
EXPRESS SHIPPING: costs 175 MXN and delivers within 1-3 business days.
STANDARD SHIPPING: It's completely FREE with no minimum purchase amount, although the delivery time is longer, 5-6 business days.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 15 calendar days from the date you receive your order to return it.
To process your return, it is essential to include your order's delivery note in the return package.
Remember that products must be in perfect condition, with their tags attached, and unused. Ideally, they must be in the original box or similar, well-sealed, for easy transport.
To exchange the size, you will have to return the product and make a new purchase of the correct item or size. However, if you return your order to a physical store, you can exchange it without any problem.

Once we receive your return and it is approved, you will receive the corresponding refund within 14 calendar days after the return is approved.
You will receive the amount via the payment method you used to make your purchase. If you do not see the refund in your account and you made the payment by credit card, we recommend that you check the balance of the same card, not only that of the associated account.
Returns are charged at 175 MXN with home pickup service.
PRODUCTS AND STOCK
If the size isn't listed online, it means that the item is out of stock online. We recommend visiting your nearest SIMORRA store so our team can check if it's available elsewhere, or contacting customercare@simorra.com.mx with your inquiry.
We are sorry but sometimes we have products that are in high demand and several people have requested availability information about them and it may happen that someone has bought them before you.
When you select any of the products on our website, you will find the "Find my size" button below the available sizes. Clicking on it will open the "Size Guide". In this section you will find the standard measurements for our sizing.

If the payment problem has not occurred in the last verification step with your bank, we recommend that you:
