You, when entering this website and purchasing any of our products, are granted the status of USER, (hereinafter referred to as such) and implies the acceptance of each and every one of the general and specific conditions included in this contract that is binding between the parties. parties, therefore, if you do not accept them absolutely and completely, as a USER you must refrain from accessing, using and purchasing the products that this website offers, but if you continue browsing and purchase any of our products, you are bound by these TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE ONLINE STORE.
A breach or violation of any of these terms and conditions will result in the cancellation of your order and the right to pursue any civil or criminal action SIMORRA deems necessary. Therefore, we reserve the right to refuse and/or cancel the purchase of products and services to anyone for any reason, at any time in our sole discretion.
By adhering to these TERMS and CONDITIONS, the USER accepts the following policies.

All items that the USER may include in their order are subject to availability. If SIMORRA is unable to supply the selected item due to a lack of stock, the User will be refunded any amount they may have paid to purchase it. |

POLICIES OF BUYS |
The USER must create an account to be able to make purchases within the online store, in which, he/she will ensure that the information provided is true and that in case it is false or inaccurate, SIMORRA may cancel the purchase, in case of not registering his/her account and not having a profile, he/she will be able to access as a guest, taking into consideration that only accounts that have an IP address ("Internet Protocol") belonging to Mexico will be valid.
To make your purchase, the USER must select the item(s) of their choice and add them to the basket, accept these terms and conditions and make the respective payment, after which the USER must confirm that the items and price are correct, since, once made, they cannot be cancelled, the prices of the item(s) indicated already include taxes and if any other charge is made, such as shipping, it will be added to the total payment.
The SIMORRA platform will indicate to the USER the payment methods enabled to settle the price of the product and/or service that he/she intends to acquire, once the payment has been made, it will be verified, and the USER's payment data will, under no circumstances, be stored or processed by SIMORRA, but will be directly recorded by the payment gateway of the financial institution chosen to make the payment, said transaction is secure for the USER, since it is carried out through the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol with 128-bit security keys.
In addition to the above, the USER acknowledges and accepts that, in the event of a discrepancy between the price shown for an item and the physical store label, the correct price will be the one indicated at the time of purchase, since a discount may apply or there may be a typographical error, so if an error is detected in the price of any of your purchases, SIMORRA will inform you as soon as possible in order to give you the option to reprocess the order at the correct price or cancel the purchase of the affected item, if it is not possible to contact you, the purchase of the item will be canceled and you will receive the corresponding refund, provided that the payment has been executed. SIMORRA is not obligated to sell an Item with an incorrect (lower) price, even if the order confirmation email has been received, as long as it is assumed that the error is obvious and can be identified as such by the USER.
All orders will be subject to acceptance by SIMORRA, said acceptance will be confirmed by sending a second email that will indicate the items that have been shipped and that includes the corresponding tracking number of the carrier for the location of the shipment, also, the final list of items purchased and sent and their final price is indicated (including taxes and shipping or handling costs), the purchase will be considered formalized until the shipping confirmation is sent and payment is received by the USER, in case an invoice is required, the USER must request it on the platform, providing the data for its correct issuance. |
Once the purchase is made, SIMORRA will send the USER their order and the USER accepts the following:
POLICIES OF SHIPMENT |
The USER accepts that the shipments made by SIMORRA will only be carried out within Mexican Territory, who reserves the right to cancel the order in case the delivery address is outside Mexican Territory or, failing that, puts the integrity of the courier company's staff at risk, if the shipping address chosen by the USER is viable (except for shipping to PO boxes, hotels, apart-hotels, residential complexes, tourist apartments, logistics platforms or similar), the platform will show the shipping methods available for the address and SIMORRA will proceed to prepare the respective items.
During the payment process, it will be indicated if there is an extra cost for shipping, which will be determined based on the volume of the product(s) and the delivery address or if the purchase merits free shipping. The USER will also be informed once the order is processed, the following deadlines will be met:
STANDARD 5-6 business days from order shipping confirmation. EXPRESS 1-3 business days from order shipping confirmation.
Delivery times also depend on the season in which the products are purchased, for which reason SIMORRA will keep the USER informed of the status of their order.
In the event that the USER cannot be located at the address indicated for delivery of the order, SIMORRA will contact the USER through the means of communication provided by the USER, with the aim of confirming the registered data, to make an additional delivery attempt or, failing that, for the USER to provide the name of a person authorized to deliver their order, for which it is important that the delivery address and recipient information are complete and correct. Finally, in the event that the USER cannot be located, SIMORRA will cancel the sale in question, a situation that will be reported to the USER via email, and as appropriate:
· It will return to the USER the amount that he has paid, or · It will cancel the charges according to the payment method that the User has chosen, or · The USER will be given a digital debit card up to the amount of the cancelled transaction.
Since the transport company does not belong to SIMORRA and once it has left the warehouse, the owner of the order is the USER and the person responsible for its integrity is the TRANSPORTER company, the USER releases SIMORRA from liability for any delay, loss, damage or breakage of the order, so that, in the event that any of these situations occur, the claim by the USER will be against the TRANSPORTER company. |
Once the order has been processed and delivered to the USER, if you are not satisfied with it, you may carry out any of the following processes, accepting the following policies.
POLICIES OF CANCELLATION, RETURN AND REFUND

If the USER wishes to cancel the order, they may only do so before it is processed, because once the order is confirmed and accepted by the system, the cancellation cannot be made and it will have to be processed as a return, for which they must fill out this form https://jsimorra-rma.tible.tech/
To complete the return process, the USER has 15 business days after the order has been delivered to do so, and SIMORRA will only accept it under the following conditions:
· The order will be returned in its original packaging and accompanied by the delivery note or proof of purchase and payment. · The order will contain its labels, including the security label, correctly attached. · The order must not be damaged, altered, or show signs of use or washing. · Shoe store returns will include a felt cover and shoe box, as both are considered part of the Product, and the soles must be presented in perfect condition. · Returns on swimwear and underwear are not accepted.
If these conditions are met, the application may also proceed if:
· The order did not arrive at the address. · A different product than the one ordered arrived.
If the order has not arrived at the address, you must first file a report directly with the shipping company. If they do not provide adequate follow-up, you can escalate the issue to SIMORRA.
In the event that a different product has arrived than the one purchased, the USER must present proof of this situation.
To request a refund, the USER must

In case of continued returns, you must contact customer service by email at customercare@simorra.com.mx
Once SIMORRA receives the return, it will verify that the items correspond to those indicated in the return request and are in their original condition. If the verification is satisfactory, SIMORRA will process the refund or exchange as soon as possible. In the case of a refund, the refund will be returned to the same payment method used for the original purchase. For this purpose, you will receive a refund confirmation email indicating the total amount, less any administrative fees incurred by SIMORRA.
In the event that, within fifteen (15) calendar days after receiving the refund confirmation, you have not received the amount of your purchase, you must first go to your bank and present the confirmation email as proof of the refund and in the event that the bank does not follow up properly, you as a USER may contact SIMORRA directly about this situation so that it can inform you of the status of the refund. |
WARRANTIES |
All our products have a 1-year warranty, which does not apply if you are in any of the exceptions to the return policy. To make it valid, you must contact customer service at customercare@simorra.com.mx. |
PERSONAL INFORMATION. The handling of each USER's personal information is governed by our PRIVACY NOTICE. JURISDICTION AND COMPETENCE. In any dispute related to the interpretation and/or application of these TERMS AND CONDITIONS, the parties shall submit to the jurisdiction of the FEDERAL CONSUMER PROTECTION OFFICE (PROFECO) or the competent courts in Mexico City.

CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE. SIMORRA reserves the right to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website.
